How to Download Content Submissions from Embold

While you can view content for your campaign directly on the Embold platform, you may also want to download the content to save it externally. Here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to Your Campaign:

• Log in to your Embold account and go to the specific campaign you're interested in.

2. Access Content Submissions:

• Click on the "Content Submissions" section to view all submitted content.

3. Download Content (Growth or Pro Plans Only):

• Click on "Download Content."
• Select the specific content pieces you'd like to download.
• Click "Download Zip."
• Note: The Zip download feature is only available on Growth or Pro plans.

4. Retrieve the Zip Folder:

• After a few minutes, the Zip folder will appear under your previous downloads.
• You will also receive a copy of the Zip folder via email.

5. Alternative Individual Download (Optional):

• You can also download each piece of content individually.
• Right-click on the image or video and save it to a folder on your computer.
